Everything lives on this device by default.
No account or server unless you set one up below. Export a copy now and then either way.
Importing merges into what is already here: anything you logged yourself is kept, and only untouched days are filled in. On a fresh phone it also restores your event and baselines.
Off-device backup optional
Sync a copy to a private GitHub Gist
Protects against the phone getting wiped or this site's storage getting cleared. Uses a GitHub personal access token scoped to Gists only. The gist is unlisted, not encrypted — anyone with the link could read it, but it can't be found by searching.
Install as an app
Put it on your home screen
It then opens full-screen like a real app and works offline. Still no App Store, no account.

Coming from another phone?
Import a backup and it fills in your event, your baselines and everything you have already logged. No need to type any of this in twice.
