Your kit usage adds up from what you log
Nothing here is entered twice. Each item names the activities it is used for, and its distance and hours come straight from the sessions you have already ticked off. Replace-at numbers are only ever the ones you type in.
Your event
Your baseline what you can do comfortably now
Your paces worked out from your 5 km
Your data
Everything lives on this device by default.
No account or server unless you set one up below. Export a copy now and then either way.
Importing merges into what is already here: anything you logged yourself is kept, and only untouched days are filled in. On a fresh phone it also restores your event and baselines.
Off-device backup optional
Sync a copy to a private GitHub Gist
Protects against the phone getting wiped or this site's storage getting cleared. Uses a GitHub personal access token scoped to Gists only. The gist is unlisted, not encrypted — anyone with the link could read it, but it can't be found by searching.
Install as an app
Put it on your home screen
It then opens full-screen like a real app and works offline. Still no App Store, no account.

Coming from another phone?
Import a backup and it fills in your event, your baselines and everything you have already logged. No need to type any of this in twice.
